Sara-Jayne Poletti

After a lifetime of ignoring and repressing symptoms, Sara-Jayne sought professional help for her scumbag brain in 2013 and was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. The first few years after her diagnosis were tumultuous, but eventually her natural stubbornness reared its head and she began to talk openly about her mental health struggles. In 2017, she began publicly blogging about living with mental illnesses on Instagram (@sarajayne.poletti).
